Every year, MARBLE IZMIR Fair attracts buyers from all over the world who are looking for various of natural stone products. MARBLE IZMIR Fair is bringing together everything about a natural stone from marble to granite, from block stone to processed natural stone and also natural stone processing machines to consumables.

Within the Hosted Buyer Program, you can attend the B2B meetings to find the product you are looking for, and establish new business contacts.

How does the Hosted Buyer Programme work?

The visitors who are eligible to participate in the Hosted Buyer program, need to wait for the confirmation mail after pre-registering.The Hosted Buyer is called a visitors who is approved in the Hosted Buyer program, collect the required documents and send them to İZFAŞ via mail.

In order to complete the accommodation procedures, a copy of the flight ticket is requested from the Hosted Buyer, and accommodations which are not exceeding 4 nights are arranged by İZFAŞ accordingly flight ticket. Accommodation is not provided for visitors who do not submit their flight tickets. All transfers are arranged by İZFAŞ when the visitors arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.

The Hosted Buyers must complete the meetings at the B2B meeting area and attend the technical sight tours to complete the program.


Who can apply for Hosted Buyer Programme?

Architects, contractors, procurement managers of construction companies, and the people who are the authority to purchase natural stone, block stone, and processing machinery can apply the Hosted Buyer Programme.

Where and How can I apply?

Applications for the Hosted Buyer Programme are made by completely filling out the online form in the Hosted Buyer Registration page on the Marble İzmir Fair website. After the application is received, the applications are evaluated by İZFAŞ and the people who are accepted to the program are informed. Pre-registering does not mean that you are accepted into the Hosted Buyer Program.


What are the required documents from the companies accepted to the Hosted Buyer Program?

The Hosted Buyer Program is organized by İZFAŞ and Exporters' Associations and supported by the Ministry of Trade.

In this regard, the Ministry of Trade requests the documents below for each company accepted into the program;

• An official document proves that the company operates in natural stone sector,

• The document showes the affiliation of the representative with the company.

• Copy of passport.


I have been accepted to the Hosted Buyer Program and submitted my documents, what am I supposed to do now?

The visitors who have been accepted to the Hosted Buyer program must follow the B2B Meeting program and be present in the B2B Meeting area to complete the determined number of B2B meetings. For the visitors who did not participate in the B2B meetings and technical sight tours, their hotel reservations will be canceled and they will not be accepted to the program for the upcoming years.

How many people can apply from each company for Hosted Buyer Programme?

Every company has 1 room for Hosted Buyer Program. The representatives can apply as 2 people if they accept to share 1 room.

Visitors under the age of 18 are not accepted into the Hosted Buyer program and the expenses of children coming with their parents must be covered by themselves.
