Marble İzmir – International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair, the lifeblood of Türkiye’s natural stone exports, hosted industry representatives and visitors from all around the world. Marble İzmir significantly contributes to natural stone exports, which account for $2 billion of the approximately $6 billion mining export sector.

Hosted by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and organized by İZFAŞ at fuarizmir, the fair was held in an exhibition space of over 150,000 square meters, featuring 1.014 exhibitors, and opened its doors in 2024.

A total of 68,975 visitors attended the fair, including 8,277 international visitors from 125 countries and 60,698 domestic visitors from 76 provinces. The natural stone industry, which increased its exports in the first three months of this year, achieved significant sales and agreements at the fair.

Marble İzmir has gone beyond being just a trade event; the arrival of nearly 70,000 visitors to Izmir, the increase in hotel occupancy rates, and the boost in business for taxi drivers, restaurants, and local tradespeople demonstrate its significant contribution to the city’s economy as well as Türkiye’s overall economic growth.
